Tony Msonza
Tony Msonza is an entrepreneur and systems architect working across Pay-Per-X, insurance, marketing, automation and finance. Born in Zimbabwe, raised in England and Northern Ireland, trained in Mathematics with Finance, and five years into building companies online.
Zimbabwe
Born in Zimbabwe.
England
Moved from Zimbabwe to England.
Northern Ireland
Moved again and attended grammar school. Three environments before adolescence.
Repeated a year Mistake
Had to repeat a year in high school. Not every part of the path was linear, and the setback stays in the record rather than being edited out.
University of Liverpool
Mathematics with Finance. Involved in chess alongside the degree. [add other university activities]
Three months in private equity
Private equity interested me intellectually, but analysing companies made something else obvious: I wanted to build them.
Building online
Five years building online. Marketing. Acquisition. Teams. Infrastructure. Performance economics. At peak, one company had 274 employees. Across all companies, $10M+ generated.
Made a million. Lost it. Made it back. Mistake
The lesson wasn't to grind harder. The advantage was turning recurring decisions into systems, so results stop depending on effort and attention. [optional: one line on what caused the loss]
From operating to architecting
Build. Systemise. Install operators.
Four countries lived in. 20+ travelled. Building Ringelo, SeatedX, InboundX and Conversion Cartel, and using their cashflow to acquire ownership. Repeat.
Interests
Fitness as performance philosophy: train the operator so the operator can run the system. [optional: routines]
Credentials
University of Liverpool
International High IQ Society
The objective isn't to own a job with more employees.
It's to build businesses whose systems continue operating when I disappear.
